Kim is a licensed agent and has been the face of our top-tier agency customer service for over 20 years. She has recently had to take a step back due to health issues, but still can be found in the office most days, working hard to take care of our client’s service needs. Her expertise and support are vital to our agency’s success. Mother to the 4 Zappa boys (Joe, Sam, Mike, and Ben), Kim is enjoying being a grandma! Her son Sam is married, has a daughter and another baby on the way. He has his own Insurance Agency up in Lakeville! Her youngest son, Ben, will graduate from college with a Law Enforcement Degree and has already secured a job! Her son Mike has recently taken the position of Clinical Research & Outreach Coordinator at The Hormel Institute in Austin and is getting married this Fall! Joe lives in Waseca and works at the Janesville Nursing home! Kim is a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan, which means most Sundays at game time you will find her not far from a TV screen, cheering on the Vikings or, only semi covertly, against the Packers. Kim enjoys listening to country music and going to concerts, playing cards, vacationing in Mexico, hanging out with friends and spending time with her family. Her most recent hobby involves trying to navigate the world of Fantasy Football (who cares about the other guys if they aren't Vikings!). 

Jeannie is our front window gal. She joined the team in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative. She endeavors to provide the same level of excellent service our clients have come to expect at the Zappa Agency. She handles the incoming phone calls and messages, assists with most client’s questions, manages our agency's scheduling and assists Kim in the day to day operations. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends, helping out at her parent's restaurant in New Richland, camping, spending time out on a lake, paddleboarding (still learning how to balance on it standing up!), and the occasional movie night in. Jeannie will always greet you with a smile!
