Any current client knows that Kim is the life blood of the agency's day to day operations. Though she is newly licensed herself (woot woot!), Kim has been the face of our top-tier agency customer service for over 20 years. The first person you meet when walking through our door, Kim works hard to take care of our clients service needs, and her expertise and support are vital to our agency's success. Mother to the 4 Zappa boys (Joe, Sam, Mike, and Ben), Kim is enjoying the highs and lows that come with being an empty nester after seeing her youngest, Ben, off to his Freshman year of college this Fall. Kim is a diehard Minnesota Vikings fan, which means most Sundays at game time you will find her not far from a TV screen, cheering on the Vikes or, only semi covertly, against the Packers. Kim enjoys listening to country music and going to concerts, playing cards, vacationing in Mexico, hanging out with friends and spending time with her family. Her most recent hobby involves trying to navigate the world of Fantasy Football (who cares about the other guys if they aren't Vikes!).

Jeannie, Kim and Steve's niece, joined the team in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative. She endeavors to provide the same level of excellent service our clients have come to expect at the Zappa Agency. Jeannie manages our agency's scheduling and supports Kim with the day to day operations. She enjoys camping, hanging out with friends and family, working at her parent's restaurant in New Richland on the weekends (check out Red Leaf Café when in the area!), and the occasional Netflix binge.
